Plumbing and Heating
The latest climate control air-conditioning has been used in all areas except the bathrooms where under floor heating is standard. Hot water is delivered via an unvented hot water cylinder.

Windows
We have tried to ensure the buildings character is maintained, hardwood energy efficient double glazed windows in the original design have been installed in all stone buildings whilst white uPVC versions have been used for all rendered properties.

Insulation
High grade energy saving insulation has been used as has acoustic sound proofing between apartments.

Rainwater Products
Once again, original features have been reproduced by the use of cast iron gutters and down pipes.

Joinery
Replica heritage hardwood entrance doors have been installed and internal doors are finished in a light oak veneer and contemporary chrome door furniture. A walnut finish is also available at an extra cost.
