Deigner kitchens have been individually tailored to reflect the character of each apartment and include a sink with waste disposal, integrated dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and full extraction unit

Flooring
Tiling in kitchen, bathroom and storage areas. Choice of wood, carpet and travertine tiles available for all other areas.

Bathrooms
As each apartment is unique in its design, a combination of wet room/bath/bath with shower and shower is being utilised. Tiles are neutral in colour for floors and a combination of mosaic and large tiles for walls. Also included are chrome heated towel rails, mirrored wall cabinet, light and shaver socket and condensation extraction unit.

External
Gated entrance to the development with 24 hour security and fully maintained gardens and communal areas. Parking for two cars per apartment.
